Compass Point #103: A beautiful top (third) floor corner unit with a private sundeck and incredible gulf views. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and offers free wireless internet. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, remote TV and a private luxury bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and remote TV. The den is set up as an office/bedroom with a trundle bed, built in cabinets & a desk with a fax machine. This owner provides many extras such as a CD player with surround sound stereo, 2 bikes, beach equipment, and beach towels. This penthouse unit also has the spiral staircase from the lanai up to the rooftop sundeck offering a spectacular beachfront perspective! The property offers heated pool, 1 tennis court, 1 pickle ball court, 1/2 court basketball, shuffleboard and BBQ grills. No pets and no smoking are allowed on this property per the condo association.
