If you want to spend your family reunion/vacation/wedding/private getaway in a magnificent vacation home that was built for the Stuckey family, know for the famous roadside stops, and Pecan rolls. With a Master bedroom, looking out onto the back bay, a second master, also looking out to the back bay, a 2 bdrm loft. 2 bdrm apart., games room and much more, you will find it at Andre Mar. The fully equipped open concept kitchen, huge dock, screened in porch are just a few of the many reasons why you would want to stay in this 4900 square foot home. A short bike ride to downtown FMB and a 10 minute walk to Junkanoos and the best happy hour on the beach - Fresh Catch! We follow all CDC guidelines for cleanliness and sanitization.

What a great place

We had a large group and this home worked very well for us. Lots of room to spread out. Only a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice summer getaway

I booked this property as our last summer getaway before school starts for the kids. Took the whole family which included our small French Bulldog. The house is nicely distributed among its 6 bedrooms. The best part of the house was the indoor pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The house itself is a bit warm during the day. The air conditioning doesn’t properly cool the whole house. It was fine at night, but the days are very warm inside. The property manager, Phillip was great. We contacted him because the propane tanks were empty and he quickly passed by and dropped new ones off. The beach is at the end and across the street. We saw dolphins swim by from the dock as well. Overall, it was a nice getaway with the family we all enjoyed.

Amazing space for all ages

This house was everything I could’ve asked for for my family vacation. Since there were 12 of us, iit was nice that there was enough rooms for us to be apart when we wanted alone time and together for meals and game night. Walking distance from the beach is super important for us, especially those older who can’t walk a long way - this is perfect as it’s so close. When it got super hot, we jumped in the indoor pool, which was so refreshing. Highly recommend.

Awesome House

House was very large with tons of stuff to do. The dock was perfect to dock our 27ft boat that we rented. Outdoor patio was great to unwind and have a few drinks. Kids loved the game room. Just a 5 minute walk to beach and restraints. Highly recommend.

Magical Waterfront Home

Everything about this property was amazing. My family and tag-along friends stayed here during our spring break. Six teenagers, one MIL, and two parents! We had room for all of to spread out. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to eat at. The two master suites on the main floor were great for the adults and easily accessible (only managed four steps to get in). The kids loved the indoor pool, the dock was a great place to swim, fish and relax! The outdoor seating area was a great place to hang out at night with all the cute lighting and the porch was an amazing place to watch the sunrise! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to travel to both ends of the island with ease. The homeowners and their manager responded quickly when we had a small leak upstairs. I would recommend this home over and over again!

Bev and Roland moved to the beach in 2012 when they purchased a 1/2 acre property and renovated it for a year. This started their jump in what was to become an ever expaning short term rental adventure. From Myerside they expanded to the full acre, then to a 9 room hotel. And now, detached waterfront homes. This very exciting property is a project to both improve and modernize, while creating a unique guest experience

Why they chose this property

There are very few properties available for rent on the back bay of FMB and still fewer that can sleep 12, and allows pets! There are none with an indoor pool. When you slide open the doors, you feel as if you are outside, but because we are so close to the beach, guest seem to enjoy being able to escape the sun! Especially in the summer months. Our outdoor living is massive ,with over 500 sq.feet of docking and a screened in porch that runs the width of the house. This property is unlike any other on the beach and its location is close to downtown, yet close to publix and other amazing restaurants. Our goal is to make your stay an experience and we leverage all of the benefits of our hotels over to this unique property. This means we can provide, upon request many benefits.

While standing on the dock one can image getting married and having the wedding party share in this extrodinary home. The master is huge and very private should you want to sneak off for some privacy or quiet time. This is true for all the guest as the house has many locations for quiet and private reflection. Rumor has it this home has hosted well known politicians as well as many others who want a guarantee of comfort and privacy while vacationing. Its location is perfect for a beach vacation, or quiet family vacation. It is all here and up to you. Our game room has a pool table, dart board, ping pong and air hockey, to keep the kids of all ages busy.
