This home has undergone a complete and amazing transformation since Ian with brand new everything! All new "everything" from furnishings to appliances and décor!! But for now, check out the amazing beach views and glorious sunsets!
Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and incredible sunsets from your brand new beach front home with private, heated swimming pool! This fantastic property is located on the sought after north end of the island, just a short, less than half-a-mile stroll away from our downtown area. Or walk along the beach in the powder white sand and watch the seagulls and the pelicans! This Custom Homes features 5 bedrooms on 2 levels, four of them en-suite and every one of them with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. Four full bathrooms, hurricane impact glass insulated windows, great kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The home is located next to the "iconic" Beach Bar so- just a little heads up, you may get some free entertainment in the afternoons from 12-5 if you are outside! Blues and jazz music are featured here.
Cameras are located in the pool area and signage is posted.
A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Contactless Check-in. If we have your signed rental agreement you will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.

Fun in the Sun at FMB

Amazing on beach location of this huge house on Ft Myers Beach. Property is beautiful. It is located RIGHT NEXT to beach bar and public access to beach so it is lively and fun. It is NOT for you if looking for private/secluded beach getaway. Not a problem for us. We LOVED the daily live music. But this should be more prominently described to renters. Pool was not clean for first couple of days but managers were very responsive when I called. Pool heater can prob be shut off in April. Loved our stay just some helpful feedback.
