ISLAND TIME is a newly constructed home in beautiful Bonita Beach. It's 800 sf rooftop deck with 16 deck chairs, 2 chaise loungers, a fire pit, a hot tub with led lights and bluetooth speakers and 360 degree views of the gulf, and back bay waters is this home's crowning attraction! Amazing sunset and sunrise views! We have 2400 sf of elevated decks and a beautiful 2 1/2 story cage over the unique pool and spa area with an additional 1,300 sf of outdoor living. The yard features a beach sand volleyball/ badminton court and a 8ft x 8ft Chess or Checkers Board to lure the kids to come back from the beautiful white sugar sand beach just a 450 foot walk away. We supply the chairs, cart and some toys! The BEACH is truly the BIG attraction!
The water is warm and generally calm. You can watch the dolphins playing while you enjoy the water yourself.
The home is beautifully appointed to make your family or friends getaway a requested destination for many return visits. There is a cozy spot for each person to have a little reflection time and enough gathering places to hold a grand celebration! We think we have thought of everyone. There is a game room to keep the KIDS of all ages occupied. In addition, there is an entertainment room with a wet bar and high top tables that seat 8 and the balance of the room which can be opened to the deck can seat another 12 people. You have 5 large decks for gathering and 4 bedroom decks for the best of both worlds. And with 2 fire pits and 1 outdoor fireplace, everyone has tall tale spot in the evening.
The kitchen will bring out the gourmet in anyone! Fully appointed with a commercial 6 burner gas cook top, built in convection ovens/microwaves, 2 wine refrigerators, and a commercial fridge. Outdoor decks house 2 state of the art gas /inferred grills. The dining table seats 8, the outdoor table 6-8, and the counter stools seat another 6. So get cooking! With fun and fanciful plates and serving ware, it is fun to entertain!
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own beautiful bath and there is a cozy nook with 2 additional twins . The 4 King bedrooms have private balconies with adirondek chairs. The bunk room is perfect for late night ghost tales. There are 10 televisions/Blue Ray Player internet streaming cable (but you will not need them for all that Island Time has to offer).
We built Island Time to get our family together in a comfortable and unique home which is right across the street from the beautiful gulf and provides lots of vacation activities for every age. The elevator allows Grandparents and toddlers to safely move between the 5 floors of living with ease. The 5 floors and a dedicated guest suite with its own kitchen and living room. Island Time allows enough separation to allow 14 people to enjoy the time 'TOGETHER"!
