Upon entry, you are welcomed by a spacious and open floor plan and a bar, with seating for two. The living room boasts a TV, a large plush leather couch, and a cozy leather day chair. Adjacent you will find the dining room and kitchen. In the dining room, you will find a beautiful fireplace and a stunning glass table with seating to accommodate up to six comfortably. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite snacks! Enjoy your morning coffee at the eat-in table with seating for four.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and amazing views of the pool! Attached is the master bathroom, which includes dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of dresser space for all your personal belongings. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds and plenty of closet space. Adjacent, you will find the main bathroom, which boasts a large walk-in shower with a large grab rail for easy accessibility.

Ready to head outside to your private oasis? This backyard is perfect for making memories with your family! As you make your way out through the sliding glass doors, you will find an outdoor patio seating that can accommodate up to four comfortably. The large kidney-shaped pool is the perfect place to catch some sun.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat requests made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

No refriderator must of our stay

After the first week of our 4 week stay our refrigerator stopped working. 7 several attempts to do a repair were unsuccessful. Meanwhile we lost a number of frozen food and food requiring cold. I really feel that we should have some financial settlement for our problem. Nothing was offered. I would guess the next renter will also not be very happy.

Nice neighborhood location

We had a rough start with no air conditioner. It was fixed the next morning and the rest of our stay was fantastic. Nice quiet neighborhood with backyard golf course view. We really enjoyed our time and definitely would stay again at this location.

This property has potential

Great location and beautiful setting but the property needs some TLC When we arrived the TV, garbage disposal, locks on the patio doors, garage door opener, pool heater and the alarm didn’t work. We spent 2 days waiting for repair people. They were very good but could not fix everything. When we left the garage door opener still was not replaced. Also the bedroom carpet was stained, the driveway has major cracks is in need of replacement. The pool needs a new heater and needs to be resurfaced. Also the mattresses and pillows are stained and need to be replaced Other than the above the weather was fantastic and the golfing, beaches and shopping were above expectations
