Agency: Get what Get
Overall, the location worked for us due to being backwater, 5 min to Bradenton Beach, and where we had to go each day inland for events. The place is what the pics said for the most part. Some areas outdated, others new. But overall if you want a decent decor with space, it’s a solid place. House on the backwater…which is great. Spacious ranch house. A pool that is good if you don’t want the agency to heat it during cold months. The bare minimum of “items a beach house would offer”…No fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, cornhole, etc. For the price, the lack of extras are a big question mark. You get large agency service, so if you want personal service this place is NOT for you. It’s not an individual renting a house. If you want a response that is the generic type “we will try” but reality is nothing will be…then this place works. Nothing short from the agency of the repetitive messages of when you can check in and must check out…it’s the in-between that lacks…almost like dealing with a lawyer. Due to location, it’s an expensive house. Proximity to Bradenton Beach restaurants and on the backwater can be a solid rental if that’s what you want for your stay.

Great location
Great location. Several items broken/missing in the home-notified rental company and they did send maintenance but they were unable to fix (lights) and the outlet issue would've taken a long time to repair so we declined during our stay. A few amenities were missing from original post, however the rental company did provide a refund for those missing items (grill/foosball table). Unable to use the pool as the air temp was too cold and the pool heater did not heat the pool enough to use. Overall all a decent stay and the company did respond to our issues accordingly.

Poorly managed: wont heat pool, many issues
I was in communication with management the night of arrival, yet ONE very minor issue was resolved out of the list! I had sent a message 2 times before arriving (screenshots to prove this) that I wanted the pool heated - but they were actually going to charge me an extra fee to send someone “last minute”?!? For the record, though I asked over and over during my stay, the pool was NEVER heated! The shower drain in one bathroom was clogged - never resolved. The garage door opener was not attached to the door and did not work the entire time we were there, though we intended to keep our car in the garage. There’s a whole list of other minor issues that were annoying, but not worth writing about. We will never be back and would encourage you to think twice. In fact, we will never rent from Gulf coast rentals again - they were the inapt management company.

Many issues, very poor customer service
Though I asked repeatedly for the pool to be heated, it never was. It was the entire reason I rented this particular place. I reported that there were many issues ranging from the garage door opener not working (it was disconnected from the door) to a clogged shower drain - none were taken care of. I also mentioned no WiFi and it was the only thing they resolved because it took no effort except giving me a new password. I visit Bradenton several times a year and will never be back, nor would I recommend this to friends or family. It is beautiful on the surface, but very mismanaged.

It worked, but wasn't as nice as pictured.
The first thing we do when we rent a place is we go through and make sure everything is ok and nothing is broken. The foosball table was trashed and actually could have been a hazard. The place was clean and plenty of towels were provided. The pool was not clean. The guest shower leaked and the drain did not drain. It soaked the floor after a shower. One of the tub spickets also dripped continuously. We contacted management about the foosball table and spoke with someone about pssibly cleaning pool so we could use, but we were told the pool was cleaned weekly and no one could come out. Overall, it worked for what we needed it to, we were there for a lacrosse tournament. If it would have been for vacationing, I probably would have been more upset about the condition. It definitely needs some upgrades. Seems like someone probably acquired cheaply and made improvements to suffice for a rental, nothing special. Seems like a lot of money for what you got.
