- The SITTING AREA has a plush sofa and a Smart TV that’s a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to the private outdoor terrace. This space also includes a DESK and CHAIR, creating the perfect laptop-friendly workspace.
- The PRIVATE TERRACE features a dining table to enjoy your culinary creations or just drinks with your company and a great view of the city.
- A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. There’s a BREAKFAST BAR with 2 stools for convenience.
- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.

Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Polanco's ambiance is a harmonious blend of tranquility and urban vitality. It's a place where you can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping, savor diverse culinary experiences, and immerse yourself in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, and there, you can tour an actual castle. The neighborhood's strategic location ensures easy access to various parts of the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 17 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). If not driving, you can get around by taxi (look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. When taking a taxi in the city, ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. There are also private car services and rideshare companies like Uber and DiDi.

We had a lovely stay at the penthouse. The lower terrace, which is just off the living room and had a sliding door that opened all the way up, was fabulous. Gave us so much indoor/outdoor space to enjoy the wonderful weather we had while in Mexico City. The neighborhood is fantastic . . lots and lots of restaurants, shops, grocery markets, parks and green spaces, and very walkable. The hosts were very responsive any time we needed to contact them.
The property was fabulous! Our host answered questions promptly. The balcony made for and excellent hang out spot. It was centrally-located and in walking distance of great restaurants and parks.
No heat! Didn’t fix it, promise, but don’t care. Lots of delayed maintenance. Uncomfortable furniture. Owners never stayed in it. High style, low functionality.
Great location walkable too many shops and restaurants!!! Very safe building 24 hour person in the lobby. Comfortable beds and rooms. It shows so well online with the beautiful decks as they show and they’re separated throughout the property. It was a disappointment as far as that very unique Not super user-friendly as far as the decks. I tried to air condition. The rental has large windows. Let it a lot of heat, but it’s not the right style of AC units for the space so they were not able to be used. They are rollaway‘s that require a window that opens up and they have all slider windows.. I don’t believe we ever got hot water in the master bedroom shower but the other twin room shower was extremely hot!
We had a very nice stay in the chic Polanco neighborhood. This property was clean, modern, safe and secure as advertised. The balconies are absolutely lovely for morning yoga, eating, reading, and socializing.
The check in was very easy and neighborhood was beautiful. Easily walkable to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and the outside spaces gorgeous. There is no A/C and could be a bit cleaner but would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and secure apartment in a lovely neighborhood
The apartamento is beautiful and spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Two beautiful porches. Really nice master bed and bathroom and two smaller rooms one with 2 twins and one queen. Peaceful and walkable and great door man with 24 hour gated access
We were all over MX City but I felt like we kinda missed out by not just staying at the property more and just walking to all the shops and restaurants that are nearby. That will be for the next trip.
I stayed at this condo for my birthday with a group of friends and we loved it. It’s a beautiful space with plenty of outside areas. The beds were soft and comfortable. The host was always quick with communication and the security of the building were friendly. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in the upscale Polanco neighborhood.
My brothers and I had a great time for our first time visiting Mexico City. The location of the property is great for exploring the Polanco area, and close to the surrounding colonias. We felt like we were home, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. We would stay here again for any future visits to Mexico City.
