I do have a couple of complaints, this apartment does have roaches ( small babies) and other miscellaneous insects crawling about and we awoke on our last morning to no electricity. But host was gracious enough to let have a late check out. So that made up for the incident.

Disappointed and Deceived

Rented this property based on the listed sleeping capacity and amenities. Counted on using the hideaway bed for our granddaughter but it was totally unusable- the frame broken and twisted. Futon also would not lie flat. Was told that this had been the case for a long time. Power plug in the ensuite were dead as were various others throughout the unit. Mold on the shower curtain in the ensuite and the sink was rusting. Dish supply was not adequate- for example- only 2 coffee mugs for a capacity listed as 8. Pool access key was missing for the entire time we were able to use it. Showed up the evening before we left when we returned late from Universal. Not at all useful. Overall not even close to the quality we expected from a Vrbo listing - the cost was far above the value.
