Great location

Loved the location, within walking distance of shops, eating places, and services such as massage and bus stops. We were also able to walk to visit our family.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The property was clean, light and spacious. It was on a major road however the traffic noise was not too bad if you kept the air con on during the night, the lock box took a bit on time to get open and was not clearly marked, The TV did not seem to get the local channels and had these weird streaming channels. tried everything to get Chanel 7 9 and 10 but couldn't get them, Was a very good bed sit and would recommend it and will rebook for my next visit to Sydney.

Comfortable but noisy

Nice light and airy design and layout with plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped but a full size dishwasher is very environmentally unfriendly! On that subject, no in-unit facility for separating recyclables from garbage. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of space to unpack clothing (probably need to provide a few more hangers if more than one person were staying). The bathroom has been partially renovated; but smelled of mould, which is also visible in the tile grouting. The shower head is too big for the low water pressure, and it's an over-bath shower, which I hate! At the very least, you should provide a non-slip mat for the bath. The location is not great. Loads of boarded shop fronts on this section of the Pacific Highway; and the only opening window (sliding door) opened onto this major road - so it's very noisy (as is the air conditioner, so not much choice there!). The sliding door has no bug screen. The booking process was a nightmare, and the main reason I won't be using this company again. There is a contact number (not a mobile) but no one answers. The booking platform told me my booking was not successful, so I booked elsewhere, only to later find a credit card receipt in my email! Non-refundable. Communication with the property manager was fragmented and should really be handled by a single point of contact - I had 3.
