The heating devices inside the house were not functioning properly, 67 degrees is all the heat we had. 19 degree nights made for misery inside for the baby and ladies.

Hi James, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: Upon discussing the matter with our property manager, it was clarified that an immediate alternative casita was offered to you, which you found satisfactory. The property manager also indicated that this specific casita had been your initial preference for renting, although it was unavailable at the time you attempted to book it. Our manager confirmed the guest's contentment during their stay. However, upon your complaint, the property manager thoroughly inspected the heating system multiple times and found no issues. We sincerely hope that despite any initial concerns, the guests enjoyed their stay and we remain hopeful for the opportunity to welcome them back in the future.
