Guest access
Guest has access to the entire home, with the exception of the utility room and outdoor shed.

Parking is included and free for up to 4 cars.
Other things to note
- Please bring your own wood for the firepit, we provide some however we cannot guarantee there will be enough for every guest. Wood can be purchased from many local gas stations and hardware stores.
- We will consider small dogs for a $100 fee. Please inquire with us.
- We DO NOT allow weddings, wedding events, wedding parties or bachelorette or bachelor parties on this property and have exterior cameras in place to ensure no events as per our town requirements. No parking of trailers, campers, or tents of any kind allowed ***
- During the summer season there can be "bird bangers" which are loud booms from the vineyards. This happens only in daytime hours.
- Exterior cameras are in place at the front of the home, and patio deck facing outside for security reasons
- We only accept guests who have their Government ID verified with Airbnb
- We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about
their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours.
- We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom.
- Lawn mowing in season happens once per week. This may happen during your stay.
- Guests are required to complete a registration form as per local guidelines (Contact info, emergency contact, and vehicle info)
