The San Mateo—Beachfront Breeze at Broadbeach

Overlooking Broadbeach, this ocean-toned abode encapsulates that blissful, carefree holiday feeling. A wrap-around balcony has access from the living room and bedrooms, so a cooling breeze flows through the apartment. With two bathrooms and a second living room which easily converts to a third bedroom, there’s plenty of room for the whole family. The San Mateo has everything you need onsite, with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, pool, spa, deckchairs and a mere 200 metre walk to the sand.
Situated in San Mateo on Broadbeach, moments from the sand and surf, this apartment offers waterfront views from the wrap-around balcony, where you can enjoy an evening drink enveloped in a refreshing sea breeze. Head inside and stretch out along the leather lounges under air conditioning where you are spoiled for choice with Netflix, Amazon and Disney streaming. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, with plenty of room to be creative. An induction stove, large oven, dual sink and extra appliances make it easy to feel at home. Enjoy meals with loved ones at the six-person, wooden and wicker dining setting. If you have little ones, there is also a high chair. Cool off in the pool or relax in the spa, while a fantastic communal area has a barbeque and multiple dining settings, great for post swim meals.

Rest easy in the comfortable and airy bedrooms, both with balcony access, ceiling fans, flowy curtains and spectacular waterfront views. The primary features a king bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has twin singles and there is the option for the second lounge to unfold into a double bed. The ensuite features a large shower recess with handheld shower head and plenty of cabinetry for settling in. The main bathroom boasts plenty of room, a bathtub, shower and sweeping counter space.

Feel fresh for longer stays as the laundry room has a washer and dryer. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of undercover secure parking and a lift.
