The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay.
35 South is a wonderful family holiday home only a stone’s throw from Moona Creek and Collingwood Beach. Opposite the bike path to Huskisson and Vincentia, this spacious, open-plan home is designed for relaxed coastal living. With the addition of a brand-new resort-style pool and spa, guests can unwind in luxury after a day exploring the white sands and crystal waters of Jervis Bay.

Layout: Two levels, open plan living, modern and spacious. All bedrooms are upstairs, living areas downstairs
Guests: Maximum of 10 guests (no more than 8 adults), plus infants in cots
Kitchen: Dishwasher, Cooktop, bi-fold windows opening to deck, large pantry, large fridge
Bathrooms: 3 in total, including ensuite off main bedroom
Heating/cooling: Ducted air con upstairs, and separate A/C unit located in kitchen / dining area; Ceiling fans in some rooms
Access/dangers: Front garden is fenced however the driveway has no gate. Will need to supervise children due to road
Parking: Driveway parking and on street parking
Outdoor Space: Expansive entertaining deck with comfortable outdoor seating, brand-new inground pool and spa surrounded by landscaped gardens, large lawn, and clothes line
Pets: One well behaved dog is permitted (Back yard is fully fenced)
Additional Features: WiFi; Smart TV's; Bikes and beach toys
