Come and indulge in the ultimate seaside escape at The Dukes of Yorkes. With unbeatable beachfront access, soak up stunning ocean views from every bedroom and rear decking.



Experience the true meaning of a family-friendly vacation with a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere that is ideal for winding down.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, oven, stove, fridge and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.



Games/Living Room

Relax or play: This is the room for Books, games, puzzles, Sony playstation console & games. Sing Star, bluetooth sound speaker, poker set, pool table, drinks fridge, binoculars and rechargable torch along with an information folder containing local tourist guides + restaurants/attractions



The property has an iron, ironing board located in Laundry cupboard. Hairdryers are located in each bathroom with hair straightener in Ensuite.



There is a gas BBQ to the front and rear of the home and has its own LPG bottle. BBQ cooking utensils are found in the bottom drawer of kitchen. Please turn off Gas bottles after each use.



Fish cleaning station is located at the rear of the property for guest use. Filleting knife in kitchen drawer.



Pets allowed at property but must be kept out of bedrooms and furniture.

Stayed for nine nights

We loved staying there. There was ample room in the house. Plenty of space for our dogs. We are staying in bnb’s for a couple of months while waiting on settlement on our house and we wish we could have stayed there the whole time. Will definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house with everything!

The perfect spot for a summer getaway, and the best resourced holiday house we have stayed in. Well presented and very clean, everything you might need was there, whether you are a couple with a dog, or a couple of families. Games, books, multiple TVs, cutlery, cookware, two great outdoor areas, and fantastic views out over the water. Semi isolated from any neighbours and secure back yard. Definitely the place to stay in this region!

Awesome Location

This is a fantastic location. The property itself is a bit tired but the location out weighs that and the beds are really comfortable so perhaps things are being upgraded bit by bit. The deck overlooking the water is great and mostly sheltered from the weather. Excellent amenities, everything that you could want - crockery, cutlery, glasses, pantry with essentials. We had a problem with a lock on one of the external doors not working and it was fixed within a day of us reporting. Overall it was a lovely few days by the sea.

What a view!!

Spent a lovely couple of days at this wonderful property. Property well presented, clean and very welcoming. Being able to take dog was a bonus.
