The Space:
This smartly designed studio can accommodate up to 2 guests and offers a stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean in an unbeatable location in the heart of Playa! You’ll be within walking distance of the beach, and the famous 5th Avenue, with cafes, restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and even Walmart nearby!

You’ll enjoy lots of natural light in this space that exudes modern minimalism, featuring a sunken living space to separate the kitchen and TV/living area from the bedroom area and with direct access to the private balcony.

There’s a cozy sofa and TV/sitting area that makes the perfect place to enjoy downtime moments when at home. Adjacent is the cute kitchenette to prepare simple meals. You’ll have a high-top bar area with two seats for a nice dining spot to enjoy a meal or coffee. This spot also doubles as a pretty comfortable laptop workspace – if you must! – and we hope you don’t ;)

You’ll have wall-to-wall sliding glass doors to open and extend the space to the private balcony with two comfortable garden chairs out there to relax, enjoy a coffee, sip a cocktail or read before heading out for the night!

Get a great night’s rest on the plush queen bed and blackout shades when you want to sleep in. You’ll have a built-in closet to store your things, a modern bathroom with new features and fixtures, and a spacious stand-in shower.

You’ll have free guest access to amenities like the rooftop pool and lounge with views of the Caribbean Sea from up there! There’s also a fitness center, lobby lounge with pool table, business center, and 24/7 security desk.

This place is fantastic because everything you could need is just a short walk or drive to get to. Grab a coffee at WOW Cafe nearby and then have a nice stroll down 5th Avenue and with tons to see and do. Or enjoy the spectacular ocean view roof pool and lounge!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of downtown Playa, walking distance to the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street with shops, bars/restaurants, nightlife, and more. Plus, near the beach and beach clubs and just a 3-minute walk to Walmart! Here are some of our nearby restaurant recommendations:

- WOW Café (Coffee house w/light fare, Keto & Gluten-free friendly!)

Getting Around:
The condo is in the Syrena Living condo complex, which is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) –when there’s no traffic, so please check your map apps for driving time when you arrive. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. If you need help with arranging transport from the airport, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- There is a karaoke bar on the adjacent corner that operates until 2-3 AM, and noise may be heard.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
