Built in 2019, this lakehouse offers a serene escape from the city life. Nestled on Trout Lake in Barry's Bay you will feel the calm and all the stresses leave your body as soon as you look out at the beauty surrounding you. Blue Herron, Ducks, and Loons are known to be seen on Trout Lake while chipmunks frequent the wrap around deck looking to be hand fed peanuts. Located 2 hours west of Ottawa and 45 minutes east of Algonquin Park the hiking trails, ATV/snowmobile trails are reported to be some of the best in Eastern Ontario.
There are many wonderful restaurants in the area including Vito's, Spectacle Lake Lodge, Dairy Freeze, Ashgrove and 2 grocery stores 7 minutes up the road. Liquor, beer, and cannabis stores are also right in town just 7 minutes away.

Smlb trails for sledders through to Algonquin.
Bonnechere Provincial Park, mushroom hunting, atving, cross country skiing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, ice fishing. The Madawaska Valley provides the most stunning mountainous views, the 1st polish settlement in Canada.
