Very clean home, the kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes you could possibly need including an air fryer. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice screened in patio with a TV. The furniture was also clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was excellent.

The house was beautiful, very clean. I gave this stay a 2 due to the face that the owner never communicated with us. Didn’t send check in instructions, I asked questions with no response starting from April 23rd. It was stated during the request to book what we were here for. And that we would have 2 boats with us. This is a no boat neighborhood. That was never said to us untill day 6 of our 8 day stay when VRBO called me because the owner reached out to them. Still never reached out to me!! The listing did not state no boats or large truck, I have those screen shots. The owner had VRBO add them to the listing yesterday.

We understand how this could have impacted your experience. The owners have now added clear details to the listing about the neighborhood’s rules on boats and large trucks so future guests have everything they need before arrival.
