This home features two generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms, there's plenty of room for family or friends. Enjoy the cosy open plan living area with access to a large under covered outdoor entertaining area for leisurely meals, where you can enjoy the fresh air and serene views. This space is perfect for morning coffees, sunset dinners, or simply taking in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

While the cottage maintains its original charm, it doesn't compromise on convenience. There is a fully functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The laundry has a washing machine and there is an iron and ironing board for guests to use. Both bathrooms have a limited supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper. All bed & bath linen is included for your convenience.

The base nightly price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are charged per person/per night rate. When selecting number of guests, the system will automatically calculate the correct rate. Any change with guest number reductions are non-refundable. It is very important to select the correct number of guests as this will determine how many beds to have made up.

Important message for guests organising events. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
