Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and the common area rooftop where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains from the pool, relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy a meal on one of the dining tables.

The Neighborhood:
Versalles is one of the most requested neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta, recognized for its fantastic dining options and friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a variety of options to eat on the same block as your apartment, and it's just 10 minutes from Costco and La Comer Fluvial, a great supermarket option.
Getting Around:
Due to its great location, it is VERY EASY to get around by Uber, Taxi, and even public transport. The bus stop is approximately 10 10-minute walk from the condominium.

Airport: 20 mins
Malecon: 10 mins
Las Glorias Beach: 5 mins
Holi Beach: 15 mins
Romantic Zone: 15 mins

The rooftop area is shared with other guests.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- Throwing cigarette butts or ashes from the balcony is prohibited. If this rule is disregarded, a fee will be applied.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
