Tucked away from the road, this home offers a private peaceful sanctuary within steps to the waters edge.

The space
Whether it is an overnight stopover or your extended getaway, this home can cater to you. Spacious and modern, with a welcoming cozy feel. The open plan lounge and dining open onto a private patio and fully fenced garden area. The water's edge and boardwalk are right at the driveway entrance The inlet is shallow water, great for families, and suitable for wading, paddle boarding, and kayaking, etc. There is a 3-seater kayak, life jackets and also a paddle board for guest use. The kitchen is fully equipped with complimentary tea and coffee. The main bedroom contains a comfy queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and also a single bed. There is an office workstation in the living room. Please note, there is no washing machine or dryer, however, there is a clothesline and clothes airer and a laundromat is within easy walking distance.

There is also no access to the garage.

Awesome convenient place

We were very happy with this home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to town and the hospital, clean, well equipped, plenty of space, and awesome outdoor living areas. would book again should we need to go to Tauranga!

Quiet Hideaway after Bust Days on the Beach

Quiet, comfortable hideaway after busy days of competition on the beach. Everything we required + more. Close to city centre and only 15-20 minutes drive to the Mounts main beach. Loved getting close up views of the Kōtuku ngutupapa (Royal Spoonbills) feeding on the nearby estuary. This is a native bird we have not encountered much before but seems to be a common sight here. Would recommend - Cheers

Awesome holiday

Really loved our stay here. The place was super clean, cozy and well setup. Location was really good for our daily outings and the hosts are really responsive and had amazing communication. No hesitation to come back again and also recommend.
