Welcome to our unique and cozy villa, located in the epicentre of the vibrant Matakana village. Just a 45-minute drive from Auckland city on the fabulous new northern motorway.

This new 1 bedroom, 2 level villa is perfect for couples or individuals seeking comfortable and classic accommodation. Outside your doorstep lies the enchanting allure of Matakana Village where boutique shopping, excellent dining, a cinema and the famous local markets await your exploration. A perfect place to stay while you explore the local beaches, wineries and scenic walks.

Our villa offers a stylish and new space spread over two levels. On entry you walk into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances providing you with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

On the entry level is also a separate toilet and combined condenser washing machine and dryer. The bi folding doors open up to a small deck area where the two comfortable chairs can be positioned to make the most the outdoors to relax and unwind after an enjoyable day exploring Matakana and local sites.

The bedroom is on the second level which features a beautiful king size bed with quality linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is a separate bathroom with underfloor heating and stocked with bathroom amenities.

There is a private off street carpark, ensuring you always have a space no matter how lively the village gets.

Perfect spot for Matakana stay

A very comfortable small apartment - good quality linen and comfie bed. A bedside lamp would be nice for reading in bed. No need of TV if you have a tablet. Would book again.

2 min walk to shops

We stayed at this lovely stay as a last minute plan to visit the Matakana markets! The place was incredibly local (essentially cross the road and you’re at the market). Very tidy, modern and sorted with everything you’d need. Lovely stay!
