Guest access:
You will have sole use of the spacious property. As this is our family home, 1 room, the garage and cupboards will remain closed for storage.
Other things to note:
Manly is a high density area and there is some overlooking from the flats next door into the back garden. While presented to a high standard, please note this is an old house and our family home, not a hotel, so expect some quirks and imperfections.
Freshwater pools are living environments like a lake or dam, and they accumulate an algae like sediment on the tiles. This is completely safe for humans, and is what the fish eat. This is very different to sterile, conventional pools. If you prefer a chlorine pool or mineral pool with completely clean tiles, this property isn't for you.
Many of the furniture, light fittings and artworks would be very difficult or expensive to replace or repair. Please ensure you will be able to take due care of the property.
