The Space:
Nestled on the 24th floor of the esteemed Peninsula Condominium, this condo promises an experience like no other. As you step in, the breathtaking views from the terraces will captivate you with a mesmerizing sunset over the sea. The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, offers a mountain view and a private bathroom equipped with a whirlpool spa tub. The second bedroom features two comfortable double beds and its own private bathroom.

The expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen have been thoughtfully designed to foster moments of togetherness. Whether you're preparing a meal using the fully-equipped kitchen or unwinding in the living area, the condo ensures you have everything at your fingertips—from kitchen essentials like a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster to conveniences like a washer, dryer, iron, and hairdryer.

Elevate your stay by taking advantage of the condo's amenities. The spectacular lobby is a haven for relaxation, letting you soak in the sea breeze. Dive into the magnificent pools or unwind in the spa tub—it's all about living the good life here. And with direct elevator access, your journey from the covered parking to this paradise is seamless.

Guest Access:
You can enjoy exclusive access to the whole condo, decorated and fully equipped, thinking of our guests like you. In common areas, you can enjoy a spectacular lobby to relax, feeling the sea breeze and the incredible pools and whirlpool.

The Neighborhood:
The location of the condo is really privileged, not only for being in front of the beach but you have access to many great places just a short walk away. In Plaza Peninsula, we have a Starbucks, in front of this is the famous La Dolce restaurant (delicious Italian food) and La Vaca Argentina restaurant (excellent meats). On the beach, a few steps away from the condominium, there are two beach clubs: Chicabal and El Oasis del Holi. Nearby is Plaza La Isla, which is the best boutique shopping in town. Only 1 block away is the renowned Artepil Spa (fabulous massages, facials, treatments and natural hair removal, with prices for premises in beautiful facilities). If you would like to visit some bars, there are also some very nice ones that you can walk to: La Santa, District 5, and Dorothy. The marine terminal named Puerto Mágico, where boats are taken to go on different tours, is a 10-15 minute walk. Plaza Caracol, with supermarket Soriana, is also a 10-15 min walk. To get to the center of Vallarta, you can access the same main avenue, and it is only 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by public transport.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport. There is parking onsite if you are arriving by car, but if not, the simplest way to move around is to call an Uber. The condo has a beautiful but long entrance, so transportation of this type would be a simpler option, although you can walk to the entrance to take a bus to downtown, for example, which is also a convenient way to get there. The main avenue that leads to the condominium is the one that will take you directly to the center, to the airport, to the maritime terminal, and to almost every important place in your holidays.

Other Things to Note:
Infants are counted as guests and we can't exceed the maximum capacity.

Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.

In order to access the beach, you will need to obtain an access card from the reception desk. A deposit is required for the card, which will be refunded to you upon its return.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.

Please kindly note that our parking spaces are limited in size, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate high-dimensional vehicles or those with trailers as much as we would love to.

You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium wearing the bracelets provided in the lobby. They should be worn at all times. In case it's damaged, bring it to the lobby, and it can be replaced. If lost, it has a replacement cost of $50 USD.

A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

We are a happy team, and perhaps during you stay you get meet with Yazmin, or even Nohemi, she is in charge of the cleaning team, or Caleb who will happily help you if you have any maintenance situation (hopefully there won’t be any, but just so you know, we are prepared ;).
Everyone in the team has lived a large part of our life in Puerto Vallarta, so do not hesitate to ask anything about the area, if we do not know the answer, we will gladly ask around.
