Overlooking the tranquil Quindalup Lake and only 400m to the beach, arriving at the house offers an immediate sense of calm that we're proud to share. Just a short stroll to the picturesque beach, well connected to the amenities of Dunsborough town and private views of the Quindalup Lake brimming with wildlife; this property offers a unique sanctuary for your getaway. The house features all that you need for your escape down South with a WOOD FIRE HEATER (free firewood), free WIFI, split system AIRCON and ceiling fans. Huge soft lounge for kicking your feet up after a big day adventuring. KING BED, QUEEN and TWIN BEDS. DOG FRIENDLY ($80 pet fee). Outside offers a large alfresco area and BBQ for enjoying the outdoors all year round.
