Just 500m further, access bustling Kurrawa Beach or enjoy a picturesque seaside walk to shopping and dining haven, Broadbeach. Just next door is Mermaid Beach surf club and the local cafe offering great coffee and breakfast. Walk 1.5km to Broadbeach and a little further to Pacific Fair and The Star Casino.

The apartment is ideally located on Gold Coast's famous 'Millionaires Row' - Hedges Ave - a lovely beachside road with large paths for cycling, walking, running or strolling. Literally steps away from the door (100m) is the beautiful shores of Mermaid Beach - a safe, patrolled surf beach for swimming and surfing all year round. Next door, dine all day at the Mermaid Beach Surf Club and enjoy great coffee, breakfast and lunch at the local cafe in the complex. Walk only 500m north to swim at bustling Kurrawa Beach and enjoy a stunning stroll, just 1.5kms to the world-class shopping, dining and entertainment of Broadbeach. Pacific Fair is also within walking distance, for all your holiday retail therapy. A children's park is also just across the road.

Great location,comfortable and value for money.
Very happy with this property. Good price, comfortable, very handy location. Close to a great choice of cafes and restaurants. Right opposite the beach and only a short walk to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and public transport.
