This immaculate family home is a haven of tranquillity, offering relaxation and seclusion while at the same time being in the HEART of all the Gold Coast has to offer with walking distance to a vibrant café strip. Spanning across multiple levels, this residence exudes spaciousness and comfort.

The expansive layout comprises four generously sized bedrooms, with the master suite occupying the entire third floor. Complete with a walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, a separate toilet, and a double vanity ensuite, the master bedroom also offers a private balcony with breathtaking skyline views.

The main living area is large and features air conditioning throughout, providing an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. It also opens out into the first of two private courtyards.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, stove/oven and a dishwasher, and seamlessly connects to a private courtyard and covered deck. It also comes fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cookware.

There is a powder room and laundry downstairs equipped with washing machine and dryer.

This property leaves nothing to be desired, offering ample space for parking with a lockup garage accommodating one vehicle and an additional off-street parking spot in front which is rare on Chevron Island.

Conveniently located, this property is walking distance to the Chevron Island cafe strip, central Surfers Paradise, HOTA the home of the arts, and the Sunday markets. It is 900 metres from Surfers Paradise beach and just a short 5-minute drive from Surfers Paradise State School, Keebra Park State High School and the Ferry Road precinct. It is also walking distance to the light rail.

Fantastic location, amazing property
We werr an extended family group and this property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, lovely decor and very handy to walk to and from Surfers Paradise beach, restaurants etc. All the small details have been thought of to make your stay easy. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Surfers Paradise that is after a tranquil quiet home to holiday in.
