What a beautiful property, facilities were exceptional and were in excellent condition. Our Host was amazing, gave great information about the house and things to do in the area. If we have a large family get together back in Gold Coast, we will be back.

Disappointing Stay – Improvements NeededUnfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, and there are several areas that need attention.The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Comfortable beds are a basic expectation of any accommodation.There were also not enough towels provided for a property offering both a spa and swimming pool. Ten towels for a large group is simply inadequate when guests also need towels for showering. My advice to future guests would be to bring your own towels to avoid being caught short.The welcome information asks guests to conserve electricity, yet the shortage of towels meant using the dryer was practically unavoidable. This is contradictory and could easily be resolved by providing an adequate supply of towels.The rubbish bins were full, which was particularly frustrating given the lengthy list of instructions stating that all rubbish must be removed. It seems unreasonable to place so many responsibilities on guests while not ensuring there is adequate rubbish disposal available. If guests are expected to follow strict rules, the hosts should ensure the facilities are suitable and the arrangements clear. Overall, the property has potential, but these basic issues affected the comfort and convenience of our stay. A little more attention to maintenance, supplies and practical guest arrangements would make a significant
