Everything was clean, tidy, welcoming and ready. Very comfortable with snacks and anything else we could have needed! Will definitely be staying there again! Debbie was amazing.
The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. Property description was not accurate but VRBO worked with us about this issue. Overall, a good experience.
We enjoyed our stay, she is doing a great job getting everything in order. Easy to communicate with. Lots of nice touches and we purchased some of the beautiful antique vintage items! We will be back when need a place to stay in Libby!
When we got to the property see we’re shocked at what we saw. No address on the property anywhere.
The trailer was filthy. I made a complaint to VRBO-Evolve and the owner. There was black mold, mouse traps, mouse droppings, broken bathtub floor and cracked sink and tub, filthy countertops, linens, broken down front porch, steps, missing doors, horrible odors, filthy kitchen sink, fridge, coffee maker. We were shocked to say the least. When I called EVOLVE I was told that nobody checks to see what the rental is like ahead of time and there is nothing they can do but submit a report. I sent in many pictures and detailed descriptions of the filth. There was dog hair everywhere. No vacuuming or sweeping had been done. The owner denied anything being wrong and insisted on bringing us food and snacks. I have made a formal complaint and am working to get a full refund and make sure this rental is off the market. DO NOT RENT THIS DUMP!

Hi Michelle, we’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations, as we strive to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean environment. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following context:- We personally greeted you and your group upon arrival, and at that time, after doing a walk-through of the property, you expressed satisfaction with the accommodations.- We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests, and the home is inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure it meets our high standards.- The odor you mentioned was not detected by ourselves, nor have previous guests or cleaning staff reported similar concerns. The home is in a rural location, which can come with natural smells.- The bathtub and sink do have minor cosmetic issues that are scheduled for remodeling, but these have never caused functional problems for previous guests. A new shower mat was placed to cover the hairline crack in the tub, which does not leak.- The home is pet-friendly, as noted in the listing, and the homeowner apologizes if this wasn't clear beforehand. The guest prior to your stay did bring a dog, and while the home was thoroughly cleaned, there may have been an isolated instance of pet hair.- The mousetrap is a precautionary measure, as the property is located in a rural area, but there have been no signs of mice in the home.We understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue to improve. The homeowner is committed to maintaining the property to high standards and has already made some adjustments based on your input. We hope you find a vacation rental that better suits your preferences in the future.
