From upscale furniture and sleek flat-screen TVs to spacious living areas and private sleeping quarters, this elegant waterfront home has everything that you need.
Swaying palm trees greet you as you pull up to the front of the house, and the perfectly landscaped lawn sets the tone for the rest of the home. When you walk in, a bright and open great room greets you. Complete with an upscale sofa and two plush armchairs in front of a wall mounted flat screen TV, this impressive sitting area is perfect for a family movie night or a game night in front of the fireplace. The sliding glass doors offer a clear view of the private pool, lanai, and waterway at the back of the home.
A formal dining room is located right off of the main living room up against a large bay window overlooking the front of the property. This elegant dining area has a large table and seating for four under a gorgeous glass chandelier.
The chef of the family may have to pinch him/herself once they see this incredible gourmet kitchen. Tall ceilings, soft lighting, imported tile flooring, sleek black appliances and granite counters make this a culinary playground! Full windows above the double sinks slide open for easy service out to the pool, and the breakfast nook overlooks the waterway and pool out back. This cozy breakfast nook has seating for four and is surrounded by windows, making it an ideal place for a quiet coffee in the morning or drinks and snacks in the afternoon.
The master bedroom has a stunning King size bed with high-end linens and plush pillows. The wood accents throughout the room give it a romantic and inviting feel, and huge wall-mounted flat screen allows guests to fall asleep watching their favorite shows. This master suite also has a private study, complete with computer desk and sitting area. Plug in your laptop here and check emails or chat with friends at this professional office with a view.
The master bathroom’s glass and marble accents create a spa-like experience, enhanced only by the glass enclosed shower and expansive vanity area. Two sinks, a dresser, a toilet, and bidet complete this spacious private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bunk with Twin XL on the top, an elegant dresser, and private flat screen TV. Perfect for kids or adults, this peaceful bedroom is bright and spacious and overlooks the back of the property.
The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a wall of windows overlooking the pool. This impressive bedroom also has a flat-screen TV, along with built-in storage space, a large closet, and classy décor. This guest bedroom has its own bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combo, softly lit vanity area.
Outside, the private and lanai is a luxurious place to enjoy the sunshine. High-end patio furniture makes this a comfortable retreat to enjoy the poolside activities.. For those who want to soak up the rays, there are sun loungers and plenty of space around the pool to lay out. The pool itself is a few steps down from the lanai and overlooks the waterway. A bubbling hot tub is a guest favorite, and a perfect way to relax tired muscles after a day at the beach. The pool is completely screened in and partially blocked by medium-sized shrubs so you can cannonball in peace.
But the fun doesn’t end at the pool deck.
Outside you’ll find a private boat dock. Pull your boat right up for easy access, or sit on the dock and watch yachts and dolphins glide by!

Marco Island City has mostly common sense rules for vacation rentals. Not following these rules can result in big fines which you will be required to pay.
We want you to have a great visit so follow our house rules, avoid the fines and spend that cash on something fun.

Noise
The # 1 complaint on Marco about rental homes is excessive noise after 8pm.
Please limit outdoor noise from 8 pm to 8 am including pool, dock and lanai areas. We suggest you stay inside the house after 8 pm if you plan to listen to music, watch TV, play games, have a rousing conversation with lots of laughter. etc..
IF the police visit the house during your stay, you are too loud. Noise travels across water very easily.
City Fines can be from $250 to $5,000 (five thousand). Plus the host agency has an administrative fine of $100 or more.

Vehicles & Parking
The # 3 complaint on Marco about rental homes is excessive vehicles on the property.
One vehicle per bedroom is the maximum allowed. Some homes may be less depending on the size of the driveway compared to the house.
If the city observes excess vehicles – you may pay a daily fine of $50/vehicle and they can towed away
No part of the parked vehicle can be covering any portion of the sidewalk. Never park overnight in the between sidewalk and street.

Occupancy and number of People
The # 2 complaint on Marco about rental homes is overcrowding.
All homes have a maximum # of people allowed per the fire codes. Infants and children are calculated in this number as one per child.
We may ask you for the names of everyone in your group after you make your reservation. You will need to give us the names prior to checking in and picking up your keys.
Excess people at the property is a violation of your rental agreement and can mean you have to leave.
The host agency may fine you if it does not cancel the rental.

Trash
We have a Trash service that will bring the bins down to the road on garbage and recycle days- Wednesday and Sunday Evenings.
If the cans are inside the garage, please put them out on the driveway.
We may charge you $50 if you don’t’ do this AND the cost to dispose of the trash.
Garbage trucks will be by to pick up the trash on Thursday morning and Monday morning.

House Condition
The house is clean when you arrive. We expect you to leave the house in reasonably clean condition when you leave.
On check out, excessive laundry will be charged to you at $25/ load
The kitchen stove, fridge, cabinets and counters should be free of food. All dishes should be clean on departure.

Perfect for families
My husband and our two children stayed here for a week. House was perfect, clean and plenty of space. Pool was great at entertaining the kids. The location 😍 easy to get to the beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again on our future travels! Thank you to Horizons for the excellent communication. If we needed anything, they responded right away.

Perfect Marco family vacation
We could not have asked for a better vacation spot! This gorgeous house was perfectly maintained and well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The location was super convenient, close to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Although we didn’t need to go to the beach, having such a great pool and hot tub. The dock was a great spot for fishing! We really loved everything about this relaxing home and hope to return annually — we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else!

Family fun in Marco
560 Seagrape was perfect for our family of 4. Great set up, loved having the spa and our son loved having the fishing poles to fish in the canal. Would definitely stay here again!
