Set over one level, this home is filled with natural light. It has been designed with open-plan living and dining flowing to the deck, alfresco dining with a BBQ and a sparkling swimming pool. Relax on the day beds and cool off with a dip. There’s a large dining table for meals at home and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen also features an oven, stove, dishwasher and coffee maker for effortless cooking. In the evening, spread out on the sofas, catching up on your favourite TV show. A second rumpus room is perfect for those travelling with kids.

The property features four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, ensuite, and air conditioning. The remaining three bedrooms each offer a double-sized bed and ceiling fan, and share a central bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and mirrored vanity. Urraween is a suburb of Hervey Bay, on Queensland’s stunning Fraser Coast. It’s close to the seaside and a central base for exploring the World Heritage-listed Fraser Island, iconic Urangan Pier or joining a whale watching cruise as they make their annual migration between July and October.

Stock up on fresh produce and local crafts at the Hervey Bay markets and dine at notable restaurants such as Enzo’s on the Beach and Eat at Dan & Steph’s. Walk along Urangan’s famous pier at sunset, which stretches more than 800m across the water. This is also the departure point for whale watching tours and the ferry to Fraser Island.
