A 1960's retro caravan located by a dam in a country setting. Surrounded by nothing but peace and quite and the sounds of nature. If waking up to kangaroos and the sound of wildlife is the relaxing escape you need, then this country retro caravan cottage would be perfect for you! Located just a 10 minute drive from Ballarat's Delacombe town center and a 20 minute drive from Ballarat city. However the main street of Smythesdale itself (4kms away) has all the essentials that you need such as IGA, petrol station, cafes, pubs, post office, vet, doctors & pharmacy, emergency services and more. Lake Burrumbeet is also just a 13km drive if you love fishing or have a boat. There is also plenty of dirt bike tracks around our place to ride your dirt bike if you have one or if you have a push bike the Skipton Rail Trail is also near by which incudes beautiful scenery.
