Great Location, House Needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst the house was in a great location, only parking for one car, upstairs bed 2 double bed (not queen). The lawn hadn't been mown in months, palm fronds & leaves everywhere - no outdoor maintenance done at all. Back deck was great. Downstairs was very dark and moist. They really need to give the gardens a massive cut back.

Good place for 2 small / extended families

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With 2 self contained areas it’s a good place for 2 families or group of friends, with the large deck being ideal for whole group socialising. Upstairs has greater ambience than downstairs.House is within easy walking distance to beaches and shops. No sea view but pleasant leafy outlook. There is some traffic noise from Mooloomba Road. The house is very well equipped, beds are comfortable. Great for us for extended family wuth grandchildren. Surprisingly, there is currently no wifi.
