Cobaw Views is in Newham, prime wine country, situated between renowned wineries such as Hanging Rock Winery, Paramoor Winery, & Hunter Gatherer. It’s the perfect base for a weekend of fine wine and food.

You will be drawn to the breathtaking views of the Cobaw Ranges to the north – sit back and enjoy it from the deck, dining area, and lounge. And to the south, the property also enjoys views of the majestic Hanging Rock Reserve, which is only a short drive down the road for great walking trails, wildlife, and picnic grounds. The location is outstanding, close to the regions best attractions and towns including Mount Macedon, Kyneton, and Woodend.

Minimum 2-nights. Long weekends, public holidays, and peak periods minimum 3-nights. Christmas and Easter minimum 4-nights.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am.

Base rate is for 6 guests. Extra guests are an additional $50 per night, up to 2 extras only (maximum 8 guests total).

No parties, schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.
Fire pits are subject to CFA enforced restrictions, and are not allowed in fire danger period and total fire ban days.
Children must be supervised at all times, as the dam is unfenced and in close proximity to the house. As such this property may not suit all families.
Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
