Nestled in the lovely neighbourhood of Auchenflower, this condo apartment combines a convenient location with a welcoming and relaxing holiday lifestyle.

It features spacious living areas with two private balconies and alfresco seating across both floors. The kitchen and dining is open-plan and fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a four person dining table where you can sit down to a meal together at home, or use as a dedicated workspace. In the evenings, relax on the couch with cable TV and free Wi-Fi (with data restrictions).

There are two bedrooms within the apartment. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a balcony. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds—perfect for families travelling with kids—unfortunately does not have air conditioning.

The main bathroom is fitted with a combination bathtub and shower, toilet and vanity. Internal laundry facilities add to your everyday convenience and include a washing machine and dryer.

After a busy day exploring the city, cool off in the outdoor swimming pool. There are communal BBQ facilities available to cook up a storm.

The apartment comes with a dedicated, lockable garage.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. There is also a communal pool area, which is shared with other residents in the building. Please make yourself at home!

Auchenflower is conveniently surrounded by some of Brisbane's trendiest pockets. Paddington, next door, offers a host of vintage stores and op shops, while Milton Markets are a hive of activity for produce, food and live music each Sunday. Take a short drive up to Brisbane Lookout Mount Coot-tha to take in breathtaking city views. From Auchenflower Station you can hop on the quick train ride to the Roma Street Parklands or continue on into the Brisbane CBD. Cross the river and you'll find the foodie hotspot of West End or check out Peach Cafe and Steamtrain Espresso in Auchenflower.
