Enjoy cityscape views on the expansive balcony, accessible from every room. The apartment is only footsteps away from the iconic Melbourne laneway, Degraves Street, with its boutique cafes and is a short walk from Flinders Street Station.
This brand-new CBD apartment in the heritage classic Majorca Building offers spacious domestic bliss coupled with creative stylings.

Floor-to-ceiling multi-pane windows throughout bathe every room in natural light, including a spacious open-plan living and dining area. At one end, stretch out on a roomy L-shaped leather couch to watch some TV, and at the other end of the room, a round timber-topped dining table for four sits near wall-length in-built display shelving.

The spacious balcony runs along the length of the apartment, and is accessible from both the living room as well as both bedrooms, perfect for getting some fresh air or enjoying a lazy morning coffee.

A fully-equipped U-shaped kitchen provides plenty of counter space for whipping up a quick and easy meal, and an in-unit washing machine offers an easy job of doing the laundry.

A dedicated work space with a monitor is perfect for taking Zoom calls and sending emails should you need to work remotely.

Both bedrooms offer identical queen beds, a ceiling or portable fan, and black-out blinds for a refreshing night’s sleep, plus wall-length wardrobes offer ample storage space. The bathroom echoes the boutique style of the building, with an oval-shaped stone sink, large mirror, a spacious shower and toilet.
