This newly renovated apartment in the heart of Merrylands BD is a great value stay to suit all types of travellers for short or longer term stays.
With freshly restored hardwood flooring walk into the semi-open kitchen and living spaces. The new kitchen is ideal for cooking and preparing food or unwind in the cosy lounge room.
The bedrooms, laundry and bathroom are seperated by a long hallway that really gives this ground floor apartment the vibe like you are in a house.
The new bathroom has a large walk in shower and lovely design to rejuvenate yourself with a range of quality amenities provided as part of the booking. The bedrooms are comfortable for sleeping and seperated from each other so whilst you can stay as a group you can still feel like you have your own space.
The apartment has WIfi and all TVS are connected with Google Chromecasts and free-to-air television. You can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
There is a n undocover carspace on premises as well as street parking.

Close to local Merrylands shopping centre 5 mins to Takeaway restaurants and short walk to train station. Only let down was accessing Television services but small issue compared to affordable close proximity accomodation.

The property is situated near a railway line and on a fairly busy road, however, once inside the apartment it's quiet and we were not disturbed by noise. It provided us with all our needs.....the location was close to major shopping areas, restaurants and clubs. We would stay there again. Tareq, our host, was very helpful with a couple of small issues we had before arrival, thanks Tareq, much appreciated

Nice location and amenities
It was a very relaxing stay overall, though there were a few minor cleaning issues, such as mould on the fridge trim and the garbage bin not being emptied. The dryer in the laundry was also not very efficient. That said, communication with the host was excellent, very responsive throughout. The location is great, with everything close by. The carport space is quite tight and not ideal for mid-size SUVs or larger vehicles, but free street parking is available!
