Welcome to the Emerald Escape located in the fabulous Emerald Island Resort. This tastefully decorated home can serve as your family’s favorite vacation home for years to come. After a fun day at Disney World Parks, come relax in our beautiful townhome. This home is a short drive (12-15 mins to Disney Main Gate) to the theme parks but hidden away enough to get you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Located at Emerald Island Resort, you can enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, including pools, nature trails, a tennis court, a basketball court, and much more!

Our Home:
This spectacular 3-bedroom townhouse comfortably accommodates 8 guests with the use of the sofa bed. It is the perfect place for a big family or a group of friends. There is a Primary bedroom with an Ensuite. One bedroom with a Full bed and one bedroom with two twin beds that share a hall bathroom. There are flat-screen TVs with cable in each of the bedrooms and FREE Wi-Fi throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. The dining room has a large table so your family can sit together and enjoy their meals. Laundry in the home.

This resort has a fabulous clubhouse with a great pool and spa, but it also has a small community pool within walking distance of the home making it almost as if it was your own private pool.

Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. In the laundry room, there is a full-size washer/dryer with an iron and ironing board.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you would like to extend these times so that we can accurately schedule around different times.

This home is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation, but you’ll need to provide your necessities for your stay.

To make your arrival a little easier on you, our starter welcome packet includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
1 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
1 roll of paper towel
3 packet dishwasher detergent tabs
3 trash bags size 13-gallon – with bags preinstalled in all waste cans.
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 small bottle of laundry soap

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice.

Enjoy Emerald Island, a beautiful, gated community only 4.5 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks with easy access to restaurants and world-class shopping. Your vacation home rental includes access to the Emerald Island clubhouse featuring:

To park inside the resort, each Visitor will be required to purchase a visitor access card for their vehicle, the cost of which is a non-refundable $20. Guests of Visitors will be allowed in the resort but are not expected to stay longer than 24 hours, otherwise, another access card will need to be purchased. For the guests to be able to use the resort's amenities, they will need to be accompanied by the Visitor registered to stay at the property.

RESORT PARKING RULES:
• All CARS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE CLUBHOUSE AND PAY $20.00 FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE PARKING PASS.
• THE RESORT ALLOWS A MAX OF 6 CARS PER HOME
• DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK AS YOU WILL BE TOWED.
• STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED, BUT YOU MUST PARK ON THE EVEN SIDE OF THE STREET ON EVEN MONTHS AND ON THE ODD SIDE OF THE STREET ON ODD MONTHS.
• NO RV’s, BOATS, OR TRAILERS ALLOWED

The Orlando Theme Parks along with many shopping malls and restaurants are within 25 miles of this home. For the golfers, the resort is minutes away from a dozen private and public courses for all skill levels.

Florida's renowned coastal regions are a short drive from Central Florida. Within an hour and 15-minute drive in either direction, you can be sunbathing in the sunshine state's fabulous Atlantic Coast or enjoying the amazing waters of the Gulf Coast.

There is a National Park less than 10 minutes away for the true city escape! In season you can venture over to the U-Pick orange farm and pick oranges and grapefruits for a fabulous treat just 10 minutes away! There is also a farmer’s market available over at the Four Corners area for those who prefer homegrown over store-bought (depending on the time of year).
