By confirming your booking at our property, you agree to abide by the following house rules:
***HOUSE RULES***
1. Age Requirement: Minimum guest age is 27 years old (excluding children).
2. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Loud noise, parties and/or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM daily.
3. NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS / VISITORS: Any evidence of any unapproved guests / visitors will be considered to be in breach of our house rules & booking requirements. A minimum fee of $140 per unapproved guest per night of your booking will apply. Please note that our property has video cameras at the front and garage entrance.
4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE the house. Outside only, away from open doors and windows, and ash and butts must be disposed of tidily.
5. NO PETS ON FURNITURE: Strictly NO pets are allowed on any of the couches or beds.
6. Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed before arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and the names, ages and contact details of all adult guests staying at the property. Guests must agree to all our terms and conditions before the reservation is accepted.
7. PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, including unauthorised guests, or there is evidence of a party, smoking/vaping inside and/or pets on furniture, there will be an immediate $250 penalty. In addition to the penalty, guests will be liable to pay for repairs and extra guest and/or cleaning costs. If an incoming guest needs to be moved to another property due to damage and/or the smell of smoke, the offending guest will be liable to pay for the cost of that guests stay. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for lockouts, unapproved late checkouts or failure to leave the keys and/or garage remote in the designated place inside. Please respect these rules.
