Welcome to Domaine de l’Issole. Nestled between the rolling hills of Haut Var and endless vineyards, this peaceful and discreet 320 m² property is set within a lush, private 6,000 m² park.

Rated 4 stars, Domaine de l’Issole welcomes up to 24 guests in a warm and authentic setting, where stone, wood and Mediterranean scents come together naturally.

Outside, the 15 x 7 metre swimming pool has been fully renovated and is covered by a retractable dome, allowing for swimming in any season, at any time. A sauna and jacuzzi complete this space dedicated to relaxation.

Around the pool, sun loungers, daybeds, outdoor tables and sofas create a true living area — a natural extension of warm summer days.

The lush garden is full of life, with cool shaded corners, stone staircases, ancient oaks, olive trees, lavender, rosemary, and the soft song of cicadas.

A pétanque court, children’s playground, secure trampoline, table football and ping-pong table ensure everyone finds their pace.

Inside, the house is spread over three levels, offering several living spaces that allow each guest their own quiet corner.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a master suite with en-suite shower and toilet, a large air-conditioned veranda arranged as a flexible sleeping area for 6 to 8 guests, a twin room, an independent WC and a laundry room. The main living room, kitchen, music corner and library are also located on this level.

The central living space (90 m²), fully air-conditioned, includes an open kitchen, a large dining table, and a lounge with a sofa bed for two extra guests. Music lovers will enjoy the piano, drums and guitars available on site.

Also on the ground floor, there’s a second living room, fully renovated with Provençal decor, offering seating for up to 9 people and a built-in library.

On the first floor, you’ll find a large master suite with en-suite shower, toilet and baby bed, along with two additional double bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom.

The second floor features a spacious master suite with bathroom and a private terrace, offering calm and lovely views over the grounds.

Finally, a separate bedroom in an outbuilding just outside the main house includes a double bed and private access, perfect for guests seeking more privacy.

The house has 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, and a laundry room with two washing machines, an additional refrigerator and a dryer.
