Central location, in the heart of downtown. Checking in could be modernized, we needed to coordinate with someone at arrival for keys and access. The apartment was not clean at all, there were stains all over the walls, fries on the carpet, crumbs on the coffee table, etc. There was no mattress cover on the bed. When we changed the bedsheets, we saw how stained the mattresses were. We called a housekeeper who spent 6.5 hours to get the apartment actually clean and then got our own mattress covers.
