It is a tight squeeze to park one car if the other villa has a car as well. The front gate would only shut properly if locked. You can only enter the bedrooms from the sliding glass doors that are off the pool. No cover to get to the living area if raining. The steps around the pool are over the pool, so that there is water between each step. This can be difficult to carry luggage to and from your room. Nor is it ideal for those with balance or physical issues. The furniture in general is broken, worn, or stained. There are stairs that lead to nowhere and have no railing, so this could be a problem for those with small children. The kitchen is a disaster. Run down stove and refrigerator. I had to use my head to hold the cabinet door open (lifted from floor to ceiling) while I used my hands to get the coffee maker out. Cobwebs, dirty coffee pots, no sponge to wash. They were very helpful when I had to move the time to meet at the villa to gain entry. The wifi and air conditioning in the bedroom were both good. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean towels were provided. Plenty of room to hang wet items. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were provided. The living room couch was comfortable and spacious. The welcome juice was a nice touch, but there is no breakfast. Starbuck's is a 5 minute walk.We didn't cook and we stayed two nights. We had what we needed. Of the 4 places we stayed, this was the only not 5 star, and yet it was the most expensive.
