Bring your bikes, scooters, SUP or/and surf boards, we are surrounded with beautiful beaches. Fingal Bay is less than 10 min walk, however we recommend you cycle or drive to many more such as Shoal bay, Box beach, Wreck beach, Zenith and little beach to mention a few.

We are also Pet friendly on application and a fee of $75 applies. The backyard is fully fenced and has plenty of space for your dog to run around. We do ask that you please pick up the poo before you leave. Please note
Stylishly designed and furnished with an open plan living and dining area offering internet, 2 internet connected TV's for Netflix and other options. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle & toaster and large family size fridge.
Washing machine & clothes dryer are available in the laundry.
Linen is fully provided, and bath towels for your stay, BYO beach towels.
Hand Wash and shower gel are available for guests. Just bring you own shampoo, toothpaste, creams etc.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
This is a family friendly neighbourhood. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
Parking - 2 car spaces using the driveway and there is also free street parking. The garage is not on offer as it's used for storage.
