The cottage is in a historic group of adjoining row cottages. There will be building works commencing in late February 2024 until further notice. These works will include the use of scaffolding to restore the roof and active tradespeople in these areas repointing the brickwork. We have priced the property at a discount to reflect these works.

The primary bedroom encompasses the upper level with a sumptuous queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes and side tables with reading lights. A ceiling fan and wall air conditioner keep you comfortable during summer. The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a single bed with a pull-out trundle, ideal for those travelling with kids. Parking is provided for one car out the back via a rear laneway, however with plenty of free street parking available it's often easier to park out front.
