For the price, it’s worth it. The photos are accurate. The beds are hard, but other than that this place was worth what we paid. The “Staff” are a joke. They’re real quick to harp on a 16 year old for not wearing the pool bracelet (that’s 10 if you lose), but they do not say anything to the multitude of parents drinking while children 3 and under are left unattended in pools. This happened several nights of our stay. My husband has to rescue one drowning child one night and my sister did another. The low review is also for dealing with The Elliott traveling company that this is booked through. They will communicate the absolutely bare minimum with you. There was construction we were only made aware of after reading reviews that some pools were shut down, when I questioned it the company stated it is listed in the ad in a very very tiny small spot under amenities . Also, it is never once mentioned the low height of the garage and if you’re vehicle can’t fit you’re subject to the “overflow parking lot” at 30 a night. Be careful of storms too, slightest rainstorm and the elevators stop working.

We appreciate your comments regarding the beds and will keep guest comfort in mind. We do want to clarify that our team manages only the interior of the privately owned condo. Exterior areas of the property, including the parking garage, landscaping, pools, pool rules, staffing, and other common-area operations, are managed by the HOA and resort management, and are outside of our control. We understand how frustrating those experiences can be, but those concerns would need to be addressed with the appropriate property management team. We also understand that construction, parking limitations, and amenity availability can impact a vacation experience. We make every effort to provide available information in the listing, but we appreciate your feedback about visibility and communication and will continue working to make details as clear as possible for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your future travels are enjoyable.
