The house has a large open plan design which makes it perfect to accommodate a large family or a group of friends. Sleeping up to 8 people.
Downstairs and upstairs level offering large windows to maximise the sea views and allowing natural daylight into the home. Family room downstairs is set up to entertain the children offering a large 3-seater and two seater lounge with tv, DVD player and table tennis. There are some family board games for all ages to enjoy. Bedrooms downstairs offer 3 Single beds, one king single and a double bed. Bathroom has shower, with separate toilet and single vanity. Upstairs offering large open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom with sea views throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. The main bedroom offers ceiling fan, walk in robe and a large ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and single vanity. You can enter the decking area from master room with large sliding doors, or just enjoy the amazing views of the ocean right from your bed.
Upstairs bathroom has shower, bath and separate basin and toilet.
This is a perfect home to escape the busy life, you will feel relaxed as soon as you sit down with your choice of refreshments sitting out on the balcony enjoying the views and tranquillity of the area. The balcony area has a gas barbeque and an outdoor table and seating for 8 people. Perfect for meals on those balmy summer or winter evenings. Imagine sipping your wine while watching the sun set over the ocean and listening to the waves roll in.
