This thoughtfully renovated stay offers a light-filled living space with a generous sofa that comfortably accommodates cosy movie nights. The modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area has all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including an eight-seater table and seating at the breakfast bar, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Dine alfresco on the comfortably furnished entertaining deck, where a BBQ and outdoor setting as well as a grassy backyard provide plenty of space to kick back and play with your furry friend. A sauna and spa add a touch of indulgence, while a trampoline and basketball hoop will keep everyone entertained. At the front of the home, a verandah offers a quiet, cosy space overlooking the wide, tree-lined street.

Four spacious bedrooms sleep eight guests, all furnished with premium queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom features a private balcony where you can sip a peaceful morning cuppa and soak up the sea breezes, plus a TV, walk-in robe and ensuite. Both the ensuite and bathroom are luxuriously appointed with a walk-in rain shower, while the ensuite offers a sleek double vanity and the bathroom has a bathtub.

Added conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and carport parking for five cars. Central air-conditioning and heating are available for year-round comfort.

Merewether Beach, a few-minute drive, is popular for swimming, surfing and its beautiful ocean baths. Grab a coffee at local favourite Blue Door Kiosk and take a stroll to neighbouring Dixon Park Beach, a resting spot along the popular Bather's Walk, where you'll find public BBQs, picnic tables and a tasty breakfast burger at Sunny Boy Kiosk. Enjoy dinner at the Prince of Merewether Hotel, a minute’s stroll from your stay, while the cafes and restaurants of Darby St. and the supermarkets and essentials at Junction Fair Shopping Centre are both within a five-minute drive.
