Please note that the pool is currently out of service due to a water leak. We are in the process of arranging repairs and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. The nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly to reflect this.

All linens and towels are provided. If you wish to use the sofa bed in the rumpus room, linen can be found in the study cupboard.
Security please note this property is equipped with a security system with a security camera on the front porch only.
Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
