The flooring is timber Oak throughout, with travertine bathrooms and feature tiles, a visual intercom for the front pedestrian gate, and access control to the front door. The front gate is electrical control. The house accommodates 4 bathrooms, and 2 Bedrooms have ensuites. 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds with the master bedroom having a king-size bed. Perfect for a family that enjoys their space and wants a Bondi experience. Relax by the heated pool, whilst enjoying the inbuilt outdoor BBQ kitchen area.
