High Point Country Club is a well appointed community very close to downtown Naples that is private, laid back and relaxing. We hope you take advantage of the heated community pool just steps away from the back of the building along with the unlimited chip and putt golf course. You can also dine along side your neighbors in High Point at the on site restaurant. Guests at High Point Country Club can also use the Tennis and Pickleball Courts - all included in your stay! People come back year after year because this community is the quintessential Naples neighborhood.

The closest beach to High Point is Horizon Way, in the Park shore area of Naples which is only 2.5 miles away!

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

There is an additional $100 HOA application fee along with a $35 background check fee per person that is not included in this reservation and must be paid separately. The HOA has a 30 day approval period so please plan accordingly. This community has a 90 day minimum stay.

There is an elevator to reach the sixth floor along with 1 assigned covered parking and plenty of unassigned guest parking.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 40 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport
