Buckingham Paradise Villa

Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath private pool home located in the gated community of The Manors of Westridge less than 20 minutes from Disney theme parks. This charming fully furnished and pet friendly home is a great place to stay when visiting the Orlando, Florida-Disney area. Fully air conditioned private south facing pool home. House designed with disabled guests in mind that features a pool railing for easy access in and out of the private pool, electric reclining sofas and no carpet for easy access around with a wheel chair.

Bedroom One: King size adjustable Hybrid bed in master bedroom, Roku TV and private shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Also has toaster, coffee maker, microwave and more. New wood dining room table and chairs which seats 8 guests and there are 2 additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. Full size washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is also provided so you can browse the local web and plan out your days. There is a small work desk with a monitor to extend your laptop screen and guest can park 1 car in the garage. The living room sofas seat 5 and 4 of the seats are recliners.

The pool area has a screened enclosure. Pool heat is available for an additional cost in the cooler months. After a day at the parks or golf course relax on the covered lanai with a table and plenty of comfy chairs. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the pool. Adults and kids alike will love the private beautiful true south facing pool to enjoy with no rear neighbors.

There is a 65” ROKU TV in the family room and flat screen Roku TV's in every bedroom. Everyone can enjoy the free wireless internet and have free local calls. The entire house is tiled which is better for guests with allergies, walking on canes, or driving/riding wheelchairs. One story makes it comfy for everyone.

This is a pet friendly home which allows 2 small dogs under 10lbs. Dogs must be in crates when away and on a leash at all times when walking.
Cats are also allowed 2 max under 10lbs but must be kept in crates at all times.
2 Pets max and daily pet fee and extra pet deposit is required. Pet owners must be responsible and clean up after their pets . Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Berry town center is 2 minutes away which has a Publix supermarket, bank, pizza, gas-station, British pub, Applebees restaurant, cafes, nail-salon, and much more. A giant Walmart open 24hrs is 5 minutes away and the major shopping malls are close at hand.

quiet pool home

You can feel, that the home is decorated and designed for allergic and walking disabled guests. It is easy to get around with a wheelchair. Easy access to pool, because there is a handrail, giving you more security. Very comfortable are the chairs at the large round table at the pool deck, they are swiffling ones. Also the couches are very cosy, there are recliners and make it ease for a short nap, if you do not want to lay on a long chair in the sun. At night we enjoyed the Kingsize Bed in the Master bedroom. This Bed is very pleasant when your legs are swollen you can lift them up and if you want to tv-sleep, you can raise your upper body to see the tv screen. For the kids and also the grown up kids is a big box with pool toys in the garage. We really enjoyed all the nice amenities during our stay. Oh, I forgot to mention that enjoying a donut K-cup coffee before the brewer was finished started my day perfectly.
